	CREATION OF A PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO: Contains your complete professional history, providing easily accessible data for on-going development
	NINETY-DAY FOLLOW-UP: Review of accomplishments since project completion

Process outline: (may vary according to client schedule)

This process involves a general review of your work history and formulation of appropriate goals and objectives for successful completion. The project involves 8-10 telephone calls with the consultant, 10-15 emails and client research to complete project assignments. This process usually requires approximately 20 hours of your time.

	Introductory telephone call (have your calendar available)
	Kamama provides guidance for client information needs
	Information is discussed during weekly telephone call
	Email or fax is used to transmit information between Kamama and client
	A professional portfolio is developed to document your successes
	Complete quality resume(s) and biographical sketch

Project Closure:

	Work Accomplishments Document successfully completed
	Accomplishments Identification Form completed
	One to three resumes and a biographical sketch successfully completed (content varies according to client's need)
	Follow-up schedule established (3 follow-ups within the following 90 days)

Cost:

	$500 for one participant
	50% due at beginning of project
	50% due at project completion
