Origin of Kamama

Kamama is a Cherokee Indian word with several meanings.  Translations include "butterfly" and "elephant" (perhaps the shape of the elephant's ear resembled the  butterfly already familiar to the Cherokee).  Georgia's grandfather named his Chris-Craft cabin cruiser Ka-ma-ma.  The meaning given by Georgia's grandfather as he christened the vessel with the name Kamama was "let me carry you on my back", possibly tying to the role of the elephant in transporting royalty.

Kamama has a goal of "carrying" you toward your objectives by providing personalized coaching, mentoring and training.  We will assist you in navigating the rough waters frequently encountered in your journey to reach your personal and professional goals.

The road to success is not like driving on the interstate where you set the cruise control and just "stay between the white stripes".  Reaching your personal goals takes the same effort, thought, planning and constant correction as navigating the seas where the course is not visible on the water.
