On-Going Development

Follow-up frequently makes the difference between a good, but quickly forgotten, training program and effective, long lasting learning tool that changes a person's future actions.  Individuals need reinforcement and refreshment of new concepts and techniques for positive habits to to be created.

To assist in the transition from listening, to understanding, to implementation, we provide on-going development programs.  We can provide multiple levels of support ranging from follow-up letters, e-mail or phone calls to attendees to assist in the day-to-day implementation of presented materials to the development of formal follow-up training programs for use by your training staff.  Additionally, you may wish to utilize our web-based services as a follow-up to on-site training.

We can work with groups or with select individuals.  Video taped follow-up training sessions can be arranged.  Give us the opportunity to discuss the almost endless possibilities of enhancing the development of your most valuable assets.
